Vozel
Thought, in Motion.
Turn your voice into fluid text, directly inside the apps you already use.
Designed to disappear.
A real screenshot of the app will arrive with the first public release — in the meantime, here's Vozel's visual identity.

Your thoughts, without interruption.
Go from idea to text without ever leaving your flow.
Speak naturally.
Start dictation and say your thoughts out loud, as if you were talking to a colleague. Vozel captures your voice without interrupting you.
Vozel transcribes and prepares your text.
Your voice is transcribed locally into text. Optional AI cleanup can fix punctuation and grammar, if you enable it.
The result appears in your input field.
The final text is inserted directly where your cursor is. You stay in your app, in your flow.
Everything you need to write with your voice.
Local transcription
Vozel transcribes your voice directly on your machine using Parakeet-TDT, its local speech-recognition engine. No Internet connection is required for dictation.
French and English
Switch transcription language as needed. Vozel supports both French and English.
Local AI cleanup
Turn on optional local-language-model cleanup to fix punctuation and grammar — can be disabled anytime, 100% offline.
Custom dictionary
Add your own corrections (proper names, jargon): the recognized text is replaced by the intended form after transcription, before insertion.
Insertion into the active field
The transcribed text is inserted directly into the input field where your cursor is, without switching apps.
Works offline
The transcription engine runs entirely offline. Your voice data never leaves your device, unless you manually enable a Cloud option.
Local history
Browse the history of your dictation sessions, stored locally and under your control.
Instant trigger
Hold Ctrl+Win, wherever you are, to dictate — release to insert. A single, fixed gesture, or the floating widget button: no shortcut to configure.
From voice to text, in four steps.
Place your cursor.
Position your cursor in the text field where you want the result to appear — a form field, document, email, or any other Windows input field.
Hold Ctrl+Win.
Keep both keys held down (or click the floating widget) to start listening. A subtle visual cue confirms Vozel is listening.
Speak naturally.
Say your thoughts out loud while holding the combination. Transcription happens locally on your machine, no Internet connection required.
Release to insert.
Release Ctrl+Win: Vozel transcribes what you said and inserts it directly into your active input field. You stay in your flow, without interruption.
Your words stay under your control.
Vozel is designed so your voice data never leaves your machine, unless you decide otherwise.
Transcription works locally by default.
The local transcription engine (Parakeet-TDT) runs directly on your machine. Your voice is processed without ever going through an external server.
Your history stays on your device.
Dictation sessions and history are stored locally. You can view or delete them at any time.
Cloud features are optional.
If Cloud features are available, they're only used after explicit activation in the app's settings.
No voice data collection.
Vozel does not collect, record, or transmit any voice data to third parties. Your voice is your voice.
